Our Holiday Club
is open to children from all schools and areas, not just Northowram, offering a relaxed, play-based environment where kids can explore, create, and burn off energy while under the care of our qualified and friendly team.
How It Works
- Location: All sessions take place at Northowram Community Centre.
- Drop-off & collection: Parents drop children off and collect them at the centre for their booked sessions.
- Meals: Please send a packed lunch.
- Snacks: We provide breakfast in the morning and snacks and drinks throughout the day.
- Clothes: Please don’t send your child in their ‘best’ clothes as they tend to get a little dirty at times!! We recommend bringing suitable outdoor footwear.
What We Get Up To
No two days are the same! We plan activities based on the weather and the children’s interests, offering plenty of choice and adventure. A typical day might include:
Trips to parks, the woods, or Shibden Valley
Picnics and nature walks around Northowram
Baking, arts & crafts, and creative activities
Team games, football, and den building
Indoors with games, toys, table tennis, pool & more
Outdoor fun in our paved play area or nearby field
We’re always open to new ideas, and often take the lead from what the children want to do!

- Our team includes qualified staff trained in first aid, safeguarding, and childcare
- We maintain a relaxed atmosphere but follow clear safety rules for everyone’s wellbeing
- Northowram Kids Club club is fully insured and Ofsted registered
